The owner contacted me personally to let me know the item I had purchased was not available and they would need to replace it. She assured me it would be just as nice and there would not be a difference in cost. I thanked her for letting me know. She was very pleasant on the phone. I asked the recipient’s daughter to send me a picture after it was delivered. It was lovely, possibly better than the one I ordered!
